Rooms range in price from $375 to $600 per month.
Knox Avenue offers easy lease terms, one month’s rent as a damage deposit, purchase of keyless entry pass cared, and then you are on a month to month, you can leave at any time with proper notice.
If your plans change we are always happy to work with you to find a different space, or temporary or long term storage, and we always welcome back our former tenants with top priority on our waiting list!
